Privacy Policy
Effective November 3, 2026
Fourever is a group chat with four AI characters: Kai, Maya, Benny and Zoe. You'll tell them things, so you should know exactly what happens to your words. This policy explains it in plain language.
At a glance
- We keep only what Fourever needs to work: your account, your chats and a few settings.
- Your chats are encrypted in our database. There is no screen where anyone browses them.
- We never sell your data or show ads, and your chats are never used to train AI models.
- You can download everything, or delete your account and all of it, at any time.
- Fourever is for adults (18+). Kai, Maya, Benny and Zoe are AI characters, not real people.
1Who we are
Fourever (eoscompanion.com) is run by Eppili Naveen, trading as LEXA AI SERVICES, Vizianagaram, Andhra Pradesh, India. We decide how your personal data is used and are responsible for it. In legal terms, we are the data controller (the "data fiduciary" under India's data protection law).

2What we collect
What you give us
- Account: your email address and a password, stored only as a one-way hash we can't read. If you sign in with Google, we receive your email address from Google and nothing else.
- About you: your first name, your age band (never your exact age), your language, country and timezone.
- Your chats: what you write in the group and in each private chat, and the characters' replies.
- What you're into: the topics you pick for the group to talk about (for example Cricket, Tech and AI), and any you type in your own words (encrypted), changeable any time on the You screen. They decide which news and topics the friends bring up more often. We look at how many people chose each topic, never who, to decide what to add.
- Your group and picture: the name and description you give your group, and the picture you pick from our avatar library. There is no photo upload.
- The waitlist: if you join it, your email address and, only if you choose to tell us, your first name, where you heard about us and what you'd want from Fourever. We also note the tag on the link you arrived by and the website that sent you (its name only, not the page). No account is made and no cookie is set.
What is created as you use Fourever
- Memories: once the characters' memory is switched on, short notes about you that they remember, built only from what you've said.
- Safety records: if a message shows signs of crisis, a record that support resources were shown to you, and when.
- Activity: when you signed in and sent messages, and how many. Our server logs record the type of request and whether it worked. They don't record your messages or your IP address.
What we don't collect
No photos, contacts, precise location, payment card details or advertising identifiers.
If you used Eos, the product Fourever replaced, your Eos conversations, memories, chapters and notes are still in your account, encrypted, until you delete them.
3How we use it, and why
We use your data only for the purposes below. Where the law asks us to name a legal basis, it's in the last column.

Before your first chat, we ask you to agree to how Fourever handles what you share. Anything sensitive you choose to tell the characters, such as something about your health, is stored like the rest of your chats and used only to reply to you and keep you safe.
4Who receives it
We never sell or rent your data, and we never share it with advertisers. These service providers process it on our behalf, each for one job:

We may disclose data if the law requires it, for example to answer a valid court order, and only what is required.
Voice calls and paid plans from Eos have ended. Hume, ElevenLabs and Dodo Payments no longer receive anything.
5Where it is processed
Our servers and database are in the United States (Oregon), and our AI providers are based in the United States. If you live elsewhere, including India, the UK or the EU, your data is transferred to and processed in the United States. We choose providers whose terms commit them to protect it and to use it only to provide their service to us.
6How long we keep it
- Account, chats, group, picture, memories and safety records: until you delete your account, then deleted immediately.
- Database backups: kept by our host for a limited time. A deleted item can remain in a backup, still encrypted, until that backup expires.
- Under-18 note: if you tell us you're under 18, we keep a note of that so your account stays closed to conversations, until the account is deleted.
- The waitlist: until Fourever opens and we've told you, or sooner if you ask us to delete it. If you later make an account with the same email and delete it, your waitlist entry goes with it.
- Messages sent through our old "Ask the founder" form: until you ask us to delete them.
- Records of past Eos payments: as long as accounting law requires. They contain no chat content.
7Your rights and choices
Wherever you live, you can:
- Download your data: Download my data, on your You page.
- Delete everything: Delete my account, on your You page. Your chats, memories, group, picture, safety records and account are erased immediately, and every device is signed out. There is no recycle bin.
- Remove a memory: tap Forget next to it on your You page.
- Correct your details: change your picture or group details in the app, or write to us to change anything else.
- Ask us anything else: to see, correct, restrict or object to how we use your data, or to withdraw your agreement. Write to hello@eoscompanion.com. We reply within 30 days.
Removing a single message isn't in the app yet. Deleting your account removes all of them.
Depending on where you live (for example the EU, the UK, California or India), the law gives you these rights, and you can also complain to your data protection authority. We do not sell or share personal data for advertising, as California law defines those terms.
8Cookies and your device
The public pages set no cookies. Once you sign in, we use two cookies that Fourever can't work without: one keeps you signed in, and one protects your account against forged requests. We use no advertising or tracking cookies, so there is nothing to opt out of.
The app also saves a few settings on your device, such as your display mode. They stay on your device.
9Children
Fourever is only for people aged 18 and over. We ask your age before your first chat. If you tell us you're under 18, your account is closed to conversations, and you can still download or delete your data. If you believe a child is using Fourever, write to us and we will close and delete the account.
10Security
Your chats, name, group details, memories and safety records are encrypted before they are saved (AES-256-GCM), and everything travels over encrypted connections. Passwords are stored only as one-way hashes. No admin screen exists for reading anyone's chats. If a breach ever affected your data, we would tell you within 72 hours of confirming it. The security page explains all of this in detail, including its limits.
11Changes to this policy
When this policy changes, we update the date at the top. If a change affects how your data is used, you'll be asked to read it again in the app before you continue. We'll never silently opt you in.

Fourever is entertainment, not a therapist, a medical service or a crisis line. If you're ever in danger, contact your local emergency number or a crisis line. If a message shows signs of crisis, Fourever will point you to real people who can help.
