Terms of Service

These are the rules for using Fourever. We've written them to be read: plain words, short sections, no traps.

1Who we are

Fourever (eoscompanion.com) is run by Eppili Naveen, trading as LEXA AI SERVICES, Vizianagaram, Andhra Pradesh, India. In these terms, "we" and "us" means LEXA AI SERVICES, and "you" means the person using Fourever. By joining the waitlist, making an account or using Fourever, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy, which is part of them.

2What Fourever is, and what it isn't

Fourever is a group chat with four AI characters: Kai, Maya, Benny and Zoe. They have their own lives and opinions, they talk with each other and with you, and their messages are written by AI as you go.

• They're fictional. The characters, their families, jobs and stories are made up. Any likeness to a real person is a coincidence.
• They can be wrong. AI makes mistakes. Don't rely on anything a character says as fact, or as medical, legal, financial or other professional advice.
• It isn't therapy or a crisis service. Fourever is not a doctor, therapist or counsellor, and it isn't built for emergencies.

3Who can use Fourever

You must be 18 or older. We ask your age before your first chat. If you tell us you're under 18, your account is closed to conversations, and you can still download or delete your data. If you believe someone under 18 is using Fourever, write to us and we'll close the account.

4The waitlist

Joining the waitlist is free and doesn't create an account or sign you up for anything else. We're letting people in a few at a time, and we'll email you when it's your turn. We can't promise a date. You can ask us to remove you from the waitlist at any time.

5Your account

One account is for one person. Keep your sign-in details to yourself; you're responsible for what happens in your account. If you think someone else has got in, write to us straight away.

6Using Fourever fairly

Arguments, teasing, strong feelings and dark jokes aimed at the characters inside the chat are part of it. What isn't allowed is using Fourever to cause harm outside it. Please don't:

• use Fourever to threaten, harass or plan harm to a real person;
• try to make it produce sexual content involving anyone under 18, or anything else that's illegal where you or we are;
• break into, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the service, or use bots or scripts to run it;
• resell or share access, or pretend to be someone you're not to get in;
• try to see anyone else's account or data.

If you do, we may limit or close your account (see section 11).

7What you write, and what they write

• What you write is yours. You give us permission to store it, process it and send it to the services listed in our privacy policy, only so Fourever can work for you: to show your chats, write the characters' replies and keep you safe. We don't use it to train AI models, we don't sell it, and we don't use it for ads.
• What the characters write to you is yours to keep and share for your own personal use.
• The characters themselves (their names, pictures, stories and personalities) and the Fourever name, design and software belong to us. Please don't use them commercially without asking.

8Safety

Some things in Fourever don't change, whatever is said in the chat: if a message shows signs that you or someone else may be in danger, Fourever will show you real people who can help, and if you sincerely ask whether you're talking to an AI, you'll get a straight answer.

9Price

Fourever is free right now. If we ever introduce a paid plan, we'll show you the price and what you get before you pay anything, and nothing will be charged without your clear agreement. Anything that is free today won't become paid without notice.

10Your privacy

Your chats are encrypted in our database, and you can download everything or delete your account at any time. Deletion is real deletion. The full picture, including every service that helps run Fourever, is in our privacy policy.

11Leaving, closing and changes to Fourever

• You can leave any time: Delete my account, on your You page.
• We may limit or close an account that breaks these terms. Where the situation allows, we'll tell you first and give you the chance to download your data.
• Fourever will change as we build it. If we ever stop running it, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice and the chance to download your data first.

12Honest limits

Fourever is provided as it is. We work hard to keep it running, kind and safe, but we can't promise it will always be available or that the characters will always get things right. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim and 1,000 Indian rupees. Nothing in these terms limits a liability that the law doesn't allow to be limited, or takes away rights you have as a consumer where you live.

13The law that applies

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Vizianagaram, Andhra Pradesh, India have jurisdiction. If the consumer law of the country you live in gives you the right to bring a claim there, these terms don't take that right away.

14Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll tell you in Fourever or by email before the change takes effect. If you don't agree with the new terms, you can delete your account before they apply.

15If you used Eos

Eos, the product Fourever replaced, has closed, and Eos subscriptions have ended. Your Eos data stays in your account until you delete it. If you think you're owed a refund for an Eos payment, write to us and we'll sort it out.
